The 2007 Liew Chardonnay is lime-straw coloured with aromas of nutmeg and cloves against a back ground of butterscotch and coconut. It is smoothly balanced with nuttiness and a long finish.

Goes well with shrimp, chicken, striped bass, veal, nuts, olive or quiche.
