A blend of Shiraz and Merlot, this assemblage has pronounced blackberry and cassis aroma with a hint of spices. It is full bodied and mouth filling with subtle tannins from 24 months of maturation in French oak barrels. The finish is pleasant and persistent.

This wine is well suited to any meaty dish. A great choice for pairings with dry aged T-bone or porterhouse steaks, pâtés, rare seared tuna, sausages, rabbit, venison or spicy South American cuisine. It is also equally good as a marinade as it is in the glass.
